Office Manager Mental Health Practicioner Joan-Marie Stier, B.S. Rochester Office

Joan-Marie has been with Safety Center, Inc. since May of 2003, she is currently pursing a master’s degree in Community Counseling at Winona State University. She comes to Safety Center, Inc. with a lot of experience. Joan-Marie’s background includes working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities in a wide variety of roles, and a Probation Officer in the Sex Offender Unit in Dodge, Fillmore and Olmsted County. Joan Marie currently works helping to run a special needs transportation company.
