Michael Garbow received his Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Illinois State University. He has worked as a psychologist for the past 30 years in a variety of settings, which include mental health centers, an inpatient psychiatric unit of a hospital, and as the clinical supervisor of an intensive residential treatment service program (IRTS) serving serious and persistent mentally ill clients. For the past one and a half years he has worked as the clinical supervisor at the Safety Center, Inc. He has expertise in psychological evaluations, individual, marital, family and group therapies, working with developmentally delayed population, and providing supervision.
